Credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused credits do not roll over. A successful export uses 1 credit.
Can I get a refund?
Orders with a delivered PDF are generally non-refundable. If payment succeeded but delivery failed, contact support for a full refund.

You can upgrade anytime. Annual plans keep their tier benefits for the paid term.
